Elementary First Aid £
First Aid is a madatory reqiuirement and is a skill that can be used at all times not just at sea. Our maritime firstaid course covers:
- Category C Medical kits
- Radio Medical Help
- Helicopter Rescue
- Drowning and Hypothermia
- CPR
- Injuries
- Shock
A physical course you should come prepared to take part in physical activities.
